I am 53 with average mobility for my age. This thin mat will work well for someone who has better mobility such that they already comfortable with being on the floor. If improve my mobility substantially, I will circle back around to this mat.

Solid and good value.
This is a solid budget yoga mat. It doesn’t have the greatest feel to it (a bit plasticy / foam doesn’t seem overly durable), but so far has lasted dozens of unfolding / folding and use on concrete, without any noticeable wear. Does the job, and is easy to pack and transport.

Love that it is foldable
I really love that this mat is foldable so i don’t get floor germs where i put my hands and body. It’s great that it comes with a carry bag and i love the color ! It is really good quality, it is thick enough to support bad knees and really good quality. Would reccommend !

Does not lay flat.
I like this yoga mat. Very thick, so it has good cushioning for old bones. It is a bit long for me (I am 4’9″). The downside is the folds. I dislike rolling yoga mats because they tend to curl to the ends. The design of this folding yoga mat isn’t perfect. Instead of making the material thinner at the folds, the material is pressed (possibly with heat?) slightly thinner than the material. It’s not enough, and when the material is opened up, it doesn’t lay flat at the folds.

Excellent travel mat – highly recommend!
Love this mat! I never considered a travel yoga mat, but this has been so great and I’m so glad I got it. It is bulky but really light weight, which is usually more of an issue in my luggage than space. As a yoga mat, I am pleasantly surprised by it! Enough cushion and grip that I barely miss my fancy mat back home. Has 2 different textures and lays pretty flat despite easily refolding for travel. Highly recommend! Keeps me in my routine even when on the road.

I didnt want an traditional yoga mat because i find the size to be inconvient to store when not using. This one sits so neatly on my shelf. It is comfortable, supportive and pretty long.Only wish it was slightly wider.

程よい厚みで膝をついても痛くならず、折りたたんでもコンパクト。収納バッグ付きで、リビングの片隅においておいてもそれほどじゃまにならない。落ち着いた色味もGood。以前はよくある巻いてしまうものを使っていたが、かさばって置き場所に非常に困っていた。自宅使いは折りたたみが最高。6mmは持ち歩きにも耐えうる重さ。買ってよかった。
