Easy to adjust length. These kind of skipping ropes were recommended to us as the best kind for trick practicing. My daughter had just joined her school skipping club and she loved these skipping ropes.

This set of two skipping ropes is a very good value. The soft pink and blue colours look great. They are designed for both adults and children given the ease of adjusting length to accommodate height. My husband is 6’2” and didn’t need any adjustment to the length. I am 5’4” and needed to unscrew the end of the handle to untie and remove some of the silicone pieces to make sure it was comfortable for my height. The silicone pieces give a little more weight to the skipping rope unlike the rope that I have now. The handles give you a secure grip and are comfortable to hold. Perfect for indoor use in my home gym. For outdoor use I believe the silicone pieces may wear on concrete or rough surfaces over time. I had my 6 year old niece to try the rope and she had no issues whatsoever. She found it was easier to use that her pvc style rope. Overall good value for two good quality skipping ropes.
