Excellent, Low-Price Massage Gun
Unfortunately, we had to return the first device delivered, as it didn’t want to turn on. The second device delivered just a couple of days later, worked perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I am only upset that I didn’t order it months ago.I recently had my knee replaced and have been struggling with pain in the I.T. band. My physical therapist recommended I purchase a massage gun to help with alleviating the pain and tightness from the recovery process. It is definitely helping.This model does not have the heat option or the app for the phone. I don’t see a need for either option, and wouldn’t recommend those options for anyone. One thing I am doing to help improve battery life is to use the massage gun in the 10 minute intervals and not charging until it gets down below 30%. So far, so good!As for the noise, I really don’t feel it is loud. It’s a massage gun, not a masseuse. It is a little heavy, but I am using the weight of the gun to perform its work, instead of just trying to push or hold it up.I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for pain relief from aching muscles.

Absolutely love this! My boyfriend is a commercial fisherman and is always having pain in all kinds of places. I don’t mind giving him massages when I can but to be honest dreaded it at times- now I’m always willing to use this on him! It’s sooo easy to use and the instructional videos are great and very helpful . The gun is connected to the videos through the app via Bluetooth. He absolutely loves it . I bought the one that heats up and it works wonders . He loves it so much he bought one for my brother in law as well!

Smaller is better – really!
I’m an occupational therapist and trying to improve my body work skills. We have a heavy, unwieldy percussion gun in clinic, which I have difficulty maneuvering. I’m also 5’2” 108# which may have something to do with it, but I’ve actually sprained my wrist hefting it around. After a lot of research, manyyyy hours, I chose the Renpho, due in large part to its low weight but no sacrifice in the specs it’s heavier contenders boast. The Renpho is not exactly tiny and while light, feels very solid. Not sure I’d call it a mini, but I guess it is in comparison to some. Mini or not, I’m just happy it doesn’t strain my wrists and is 100x easier to handle than the other gun. It’s extremely powerful- maybe a touch too powerful. Ive only used it at home so far and can’t imagine going past the first setting with myself or patients.Buying for therapy was actually secondary. I have chronic tension type headaches + migraines. 24/7, even feel spasms when I wake up in the middle of the night. I’ve been desperate for relief without pills. Other massagers tend to be heavy, bulky, and clunky and, like I said, hurt my wrists. I’m amazed at how powerful and solid the Renpho is while being lightweight and easy to use.The first time I used the massage gun, I had a terrible tension headache with spasms even reaching my chest. I maneuvered the gun around my shoulder blades and tops of shoulders, upper back, as far as the top of my neck/base of skull (not my actual head, don’t do that) — the spasms subsided immediately after and stayed at a low level for 3 days!!! May not sound like much but that’s miraculous relief in my book. It also feels great to do basically a lymphatic massage going up the legs and arms. Have mostly used the flat heads so far but need to play with the others.I do wish there was a slower, gentler speed, and it does tend to bounce if you’re not using just the right amount of pressure. All of that is fine and totally manageable considering the benefits…But my only real issue is that I get really itchy wherever I concentrate the massager. No rash though and even happens through clothing, so I am leaning toward a normal physiological response. I’ve read that massage itchies can be due to increased blood supply and capillary dilation in the massaged tissue, which can somehow release histamines… hmm. I need to experiment with another massager to see if I can replicate the itchiness. I’m afraid it may be the head of the massager I’m allergic to, which means I would need to return. Really really hope not!This little gun is awesome though! My 24/7 spasms (that have lessened) can attest to that.

***UPDATE***The “failure” of this very useful little massage gun was fully attributable to operator error. Apparently, not all USB-C chargers are the same, meaning I needed to find a 25W USB-C charger to re-charge the battery. It is now fully re-charged and doing the good work on my very sore running muscles. Please disregard my previous three-star review from when I believed the massage gun battery had failed.***ORIGINAL THREE-STAR REVIEW FROM JULY 23***Worked great for a couple of years and then died completely.

I got this for my son. He plays competitive soccer. After 3 or 4 games weekend, he says this massage gun is a lifesaver. The charge last, and the heated option does wonders to alleviate soreness and pain.

Good bang for your buck
The heat and cold head works great gf uses it. She has reconstructive acl surgery end of November. Different attachments are good for other parts of body. Only thing I would change would be able do different vibration patterns. Holds a decent charge.

Good but battery is not
Better than other cheaper massage guns, but battery is not great for someone who uses a few times a week. Only lasts 3-4 sessions on med-high after 2 months. So like 20 mins run time? I might keep this one for traveling because it is light and has the power I need for glutes.

El masajeador es bueno, la verdad la primera vez que lo prendí, pensé que lo iba a tener que regresar porque es muy fuerte incluso en el Nivel 1, pero ya después de entender como acomodarlo (porque en hueso rebota mucho y se sienten como golpes en lugar de masaje, y en músculo se siente suave y agradable) ya me gustó. Es bastante cómodo, te da una señal visual de que estás colocando mucha presión, se carga rápido y tiene una app de acompañamiento, aunque la app solo está en inglés al parecer, entonces podría presentarse difícil para algunas personas, aunque no explican mucho, y los videos son más que suficiente. (Aunque el video tarda muchísimo en cargar).Me encantó el maletín donde viene todo, se ve muy profesional.La pieza más curiosa es la que calienta y enfría, si se pone muy caliente y muy fría, y bastante rápido, no las he usado, porque no he tenido heridas, entonces no se que tan eficaz o cómodo sea usarlos.

I was in a ilemma initially if to spend nearly 4 times the money compared to a 2k product available online. I went for Rhenpo and I am very happy with its quality and performance. When my wife first heard heard I spent 7.6k on a handheld massager she was initially taken aback but when she saw products ‘s quality she was impressed. She compared Rhenpo with a 2k priced massager that is being used in her Gymn which was far lower in quality and that it kind of hurt when used on body.I am using this for past one week. Iam positive it would perform well for a long time. Right from its packaging, to look and feel to performance on the body is topnotch quality. It’s motor sound is like a falling feather. The feeling of its massage has to be experienced. I know not everyone would want to spend 7.6k when similar item is available at 1/4th it’s price but if you are willing to want quality just go for it. This is how quality of life needs to be.
