Great Quality!
These resistance bands are fantastic for at-home workouts! A little over a year ago, I started using the Madeline Moves app, and since I didn’t have much equipment aside from free weights, I bought these bands to add some variety. They’ve been in almost daily use ever since, and I’m loving them! The quality feels great — sturdy and reliable for all kinds of exercises. Definitely a must-have for anyone looking to boost their home fitness routine.

Gf loves it I got some for me and mine go up to 90 hers are 10lbs-50 and same accessories also has a little booklet just in case! Neat and will give update it it breaks over time. Good price the handles are actually more comfy than mine.

I got these resistance bands to add to my workout routine instead of buying weights. They’re a great, cost-effective option and come with multiple strengths and a variety of items. The colors are vibrant and fun too! I would definitely recommend them.

Quality and Versatility
I gave this item four stars for the following reasons:1) The seller stands behind their product. I had a problem with a few of the bands where the black nylon piece that attaches with grommets frayed and broke. I contacted the seller via the email that is included on a slip of paper with the order. They apologized for the fraying. They said it was due to an increase of orders due to Covid, and a shortage of workers. They said they had since corrected the problem. They also refunded my money at my request, and sent me a brand new set of bands.2) The versatility of the bands is great. There are many exercises I did with the pulley machine at the gym, that I am able to mimic with these bands.However, I didn’t give these bands five stars, because I still feel with the new set that the nylon attached to the band with grommets, should be thicker or be made of latex. The actual band itself seems very strong and durable. The nylon piece still seems questionable to me. I have not yet used the new set, but worry that although the seller said they remedied the issue, that from use it will once again do the same thing.I should also mention that I know how to properly use the bands and did not over stretch or abuse them in any way. Thus, the fraying from a normal amount of use is something that might happen to anyone who uses them. Would I recommend them? Yes and no. I like the variety, and how it is all contained with anchor, handles, and leg pieces. But if these new ones fray again after only a couple months of use, I probably would instead purchase the full loop bands made of 100% latex that can still be used a variety of ways. You would just have to purchase an anchor.

Too much work so I just bought a weight bench. Good for types of rehab therapy. Great price and gives you a variety of things. Dangerous if you slip up. Almost took out a eye.

Exercise aids
Appears well made in the short time I used them. Only problem I see is weight resistance. When I looked at other sets, they had much higher resistance. I thought I’d never use certain weights. I already see where the lower weights weren’t enough, just starting out. Need to see if I realized that during return framework.

One broke, the rest seem fine
The 10lb one broke/tore the first time I used it. The rest seem to be just fine. It’s convenient to wrap them up and put them in the bag when taking them somewhere. They’re a great addition to Pilates. Good for home work outs.

I would have like an instruction booklet. I did get everything worked out although there was a little pink and black ball included and I have no idea why??🤔 The set was great ! I will definitely put the bands to good use. Material is good quality, very sturdy . Yes on the whole I was very impressed with these set of exercise band kit. Well worth the price! Thank you!😊
