Too minty but otherwise perfect!
I just started using these vitamins and love them! You truly can take them with or without food and not experience any issues. My only complaint is the mint tab is too strong but I just took it out.

Pleasant taste
I’ve only been taking these for one month and I can’t really tell much difference in myself yet. I must say these are the prettiest multivitamin I’ve ever seen and each capsule has a lovely taste. I’ll update when I know more about how it works. I know I needed to be taking a multivitamin.

Love these vitamins. I haven’t noticed any change however has everything I need in 2 pills. it’s easy to swallow specially with the minty flavor. Have not recognize any fishy after taste. I do need to take with food and lots of water. On empty stomach makes me nauseous.

GERD sufferers do not buy. Mint triggers acid reflux. These vitamins flared my heartburn.
If you have acid reflux I do not recommend these vitamins. Why did Ritual put mint in their vitamins? Mint is an acid reflux trigger and I didn’t catch the ingredient before buying. There isn’t just a touch of mint. It’s heavy. Now I have heartburn and a frog in my throat and I have to sing tomorrow. I regret that I didn’t catch this when ordering. It’s unmistakable soon after swallowing them. Now I’m out of around $35 if I recall correctly. That’s a lot of money to throw away. It’s funny that I can eat spicy food without the burn but these vitamins give it to me right away.

Physician Approved!
I’ve been using these vitamins for quite a while now. I talked to my doctor about them and she said these are great vitamins and suggested I continue taking them. They’re not hard for me to swallow and have a bit of a minty flavor as they go down. The price on Amazon is just slightly better than in the store. The only negative is they are on the pricey side for vitamins. But if they work and make you feel better, it’s worth the few dollars more.

Less Fatigue and Better Sleep
I am 74 years old and I noticed a change right away. I have more energy and I sleep better. I am only taking one capsule a day for now because sometimes certain vitamins make my skin break out. Yes, even at my age! Sad but true. I like this vitamin so much that I have ordered the Ritual HyaCera Skin supplement so I will report on that later. My goal is to take less supplements and only take a few that work. In essence, I am spending a little more for a really good vitamin instead of wasting my money on a lot of lower quality vitamins.
