No! DS-01 is stable at room temperature for 18 months post-manufacture. In fact, probiotics that can’t survive at room temperature may have weak stability, low organism count, or subpar formulas.
What happens if I miss a dose of DS-01 Daily Synbiotic? Or a few doses?
Missing a day or two won’t hurt, but daily intake is advised for optimal results. If it’s been more than one week since your last DS-01 dose, we recommend beginning again with one capsule.

Good product
After reading some very negative (and positive) reviews, I decided to give this a try. I have been battling stomach issues pretty much all my life and have given many products a try. I will start by saying, the very first day i took this one pill), it started working, in the sense where my rock hard stomach started going down. After a few days, I started feeling less bloated and over all more content. After a month of use, I still feel so much better. I now go on a regular basis and feel more alive. This product is not cheap, but I will pay what it takes to not feel miserable any more. Give it a try.
