Great protein supplement.
Ever since I started taking it I see a difference in my skin and hair. My diet wasn’t the best and I wasn’t getting enough protein. I stir it into my coffee in the morning. My nails and my hair seem to really grow fast since adding this.

Not completely unflavored
This year I have been working on getting healthy and increasing my protein. I would LOVE if I could do that with just food but that hasn’t been the case.So started my protein powder journey and what a journey it has been. I have been on the hunt for a truly unflavored protein powder to add to my tea and water flavoring. This has been an expensive and gag worthy journey and it still continues, unfortunately.This protein powder does dissolve easily with some frothing but it still has a flavor. Granted it isn’t very strong but it cannot be masked by water or water flavoring. I’m sure I could mask it in my protein shakes but that wasn’t my goal, hence the 3 stars.

Good source of protein
This is a wonderful product. I enjoyed it daily in a glass of apple juice. It is a tasteful drink. With thorough stirring the product dissolves nicely in the juice. I like that it is two basic ingredients without any fillers. I recommend it as a supplement source of protein.
