For PT work outs at home
My physical therapist uses this brand in her office so I decided to buy one for myself to use at home. It is very strong so I can put it through a lot of workouts and it does not stretch, twist or wear thin. It’s very long so I can do any exercise I need and not run out of band. It is a stiff webbing so not super comfortable on hands or feet, but if it was soft it wouldn’t work as well. A good investment in my health.

Reliable straps that assisted my recovery
The straps were recommended to me from my physical therapist after a total knee replacement. I found this exact pair on Amazon and purchased them with confidence. The straps worked wonderfully for my morning and evening exercise program. The instructions on use are easy to understand and I was doing my excercises in no time. The straps are strong and I was never concerned about them giving out on me. My knee replacement was a success and I am so thankful for the ease of use of the product.

Amazon Ray Review
Quality was good. It was exactly as advertised. Nothing overwhelming with the product. I did purchase another one just like this for a little bit more money than that seemed to be a little bit more flexible and a little bit longer. But this will work just fine. The holes weren’t as big as the previous version that I had purchased so you may want to pay attention to that if you have bigger feet trying to put your foot inside of it.

Inexpensive and effective
This strap is so effective during my PT for back surgery, that I ordered one for home. I am now able to do my exercises on my own, whenever needed. The strap is strong and durable, and because of the 10 loops I can position it wherever it is most comfortable for me. Highly recommend.

A must have to gain more flexibility and at a great price!
This strap is exactly like the ones that are used at my physical therapy clinic. I bought one at home to continue my stretching and flexibility. It is durable and versatile, and can be used for all of your physical therapy needs if you need more flexibility.

Excellent stretch strap for legs and hips
Use this strap for stretching my legs and hips. Was recommended to my by a Physical Therapist to help me with Sciatica. It really works. I’m very pleased with the product. I use it at least 3times a day. Pretty sturdy. Comfortable to use, it has loops every so far in order to get a good grip with your hands to lift your legs. Doesn’t stretch, which is a good thing. I love using it because I see immediate results, although temporary, but the more I use it the longer I go between sessions. If you have any hip problems or Sciatica, I would recommend using this, but check with your health care professional first.

This will help with flexability
If you need to do some stretching and you need some assistance this is the item you need to get. I had to take some PT at a local hospital recently and guess what they used? That’s right, expensive equipment and highly trained people to get that stretch in for me. I was given a sheet with exercises I could do at home to keep the goodness going and I said, sure wish I had something that would aid me in doing these stretches. “You mean something like this?” They pulled one of these stretching straps out and showed me how to use it. Man, it works good and it is not in the expensive equipment category. I use it on the regular and am glad I have it.Side note: IF you have pains in your back or legs or wherever and have NEVER done physical therapy, DO IT! It saved me from a lot of pain. But for the PT I would have never known about one of these doodads and how it can help stretch you out. Since I’ve gotten a bit more flexible, my pains have subsided, not gone but improving. Get on it people! You deserve to feel better and this will be part of that equaision. If you’re not able to afford PT, look some stuff up on the TUBE. The videos are out there a plenty and you may have to weed through some to find what fits your needs but they are out there and most of them work well.I’ll probably not be allowed to encourage folks to get some PT but I hadn’t done it ever and wonder why not.
