The four stars are because of the fluctuations in price. I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks now maybe a little longer. I’m starting into the early stages of perimenopause so I get the night sweats, mood swings for sure, lack of sleep all the “fun” stuff that comes with it. So far I’ve noticed some sleep improvement, a huge huge change in my mood swings because for me it’s like I’m being possessed omg I can’t even stand myself at times. I don’t have that since I started using this. I even have really bad PMDD symptoms to the point where I would warn everyone that my cycle was coming up, but when I got my period this time there was none of the psychotic fits of rage, horrendously deep dark depression or emotional unbalance. The night sweats are meh sometimes I wake up like I’ve just been hit with a water hose, but not nearly as much as I used to. I do still get hot flashes again though not nearly as bad as I used to. My weight, I don’t think that’s ever going to be solved honestly but that’s a whole different issue. The only problem I have with this product is the price. I bought my first bottle for $9 and something a few days later I looked at it and it shot up to $28, so I decided to wait a few more days it dropped down to $22, I checked it again in a few more days $9 and something again, I snagged another bottle. So don’t buy it when it’s jacked up in price by almost $20 give it a minute and grab it while it’s on sale. This is my first time using a beef organ supplement therefore I have nothing else to compare it to, but the fact that I’m not a completely unhinged raving possessed psycho is enough for me to keep it in stock. There’s no weird taste or smell to the product, nothing GI related has happened nor anything allergy wise. I’d definitely give it a shot if you’re tired of the hormonal shifts. Remember you’re not crazy, and just because you’re having a hard day or maybe a low day it’s just for a moment not forever. I’ve been using another brand of beef organ supplements for women. To compare the two, this one is a 3 capsule dosage whereas the other was only 2. That makes this one only a 40-day supply. This one doesn’t have the Bovine Ovary like the other one does, but it does have a lot of other vitamins and supplements included that are great for women’s health. I don’t detect a taste and they’re easy to swallow. I like them so far.
