So im a obese 5’2″ woman in her late 20s,im 185.5lbs and ordered a medium-large in navy blue.My waist measurements are 33inches and my hips are 42inches. Ive been on a weightloss journey and could squeeze into a medium again.I cant fit a large but a true medium is way too tight.This is tight,it gives a muffin top when sitting down but its not bad and dont slide off ir roll down like a large does.I can bend any which way and my underwear color cant be seen,wear no show underwear for this.It fits like pantyhose almost and kinda feels like a swimsuit,its slightly shiny but sturdy feeling.I put them on and spring cleaned and worked out hard.I ran seven miles and did some weight lifting,the sweat stains are hidden in the dark color.It won’t roll down unless its too tight or too lose.its a little long for petite women but I dont care.i hated on scrunch butt leggings for years but tried them anyway,not bad,its pretty subtle for a wedgie.My boyfriend likes them which surprised me,I wish it was more hidden but its something I can definitely wear in public.no camel toe,pockets are fine.the compression takes an inch off.It doesn’t feel like a wedgie either,no irritation but at first it did feel like I was wearing a thong outside my leggings for a few minutes.Might buy another

Hate the shiney black fabric!
Great quality for the price! Love the high rise more than the scrunch butt.. not sure why this is a thing? Pockets are essential for me. These are the same materials/fabric you will get if you buy Vuori, Lululemon, or the other high end brands… just way less! I also need a high waistband that doesn’t roll to conceal my pooch… mission accomplished with these! Healthy Yoga is another great brand.. probably preferred over these too!I actually just edited my review of THIS legging. Not sure if it’s color specific or style specific BUT there are differences in fabric. I was so excited to get that beautiful bright purple but it’s not the same in person. The fabric was just off too. It almost seemed like you could see threads from previous washing or something… I returned it. I bought these scrunch butts in black and returned them because they were shiney like the old 80’s spandex… not quite that extreme though! Knocked off a star. Would give it 3.5 if I could. I’m 5’4″ 165lbs and the Mediums fit amazing for my big belly and underlying athletic build.
