Calming, Effective, and Long-Lasting Relief
This is one of the best supplements I’ve taken. I use it at bedtime, and it has a very calming effect without making me feel groggy. It helps me relax and quiet my mind, and the calm carries into the next day. I wake up feeling more balanced and less stressed overall. Great quality and very effective. Immediate significant improvement!
This supplement has had a nearly immediate and certainly dramatic impact on my sleep. I just had a nights sleep with 18 awake minutes. My usual awake time is 1-3 hours a night. I shared my months sleep data-the orange is awake time. I took my first capsule on January 4. I’ve had one bad night sleep since-out of my routine returning late from a flight- but every other night since I started has been incrementally better to the point that last night, 13 days after I added this to my nightly magnesium supplement, I achieved nearly perfect sleep. I cannot recommend strongly enough! I will give this to all my girlfriends😂

I’ve been using this Thorne Ashwagandha for about two weeks, taking one capsule before dinner and another about an hour before sleep. It helps me feel calmer and more relaxed in the evening without any grogginess, and the quality is excellent.

Excellent for high-stress lifestyles
This product has changed my life. I’ve been overthinking and paranoid for years and nothing would work – including pharmaceuticals. After taking this consistently for one moth I have stopped overthinking, my agitation has decreased and I feel in touch with myself again.A few considerations: I live an intensely stressful life. My cortisol levels are most likely above the average consumer. If you’re in high stress positions or graduate school I would recommend this product to you. If you’re not a stressed person you may notice the emotional flatness some users experience. If you use pharmaceutical stimulants (Vyvanse, Adderall etc.) this helps combat the bad side-effects but it’s ambiguous.
