Hot flashes gone
I was starting to have mild hot flashes and night sweats so I did some research for natural supplements that might help. I take other Thorne supplements and decided to give Meta-Balance a try. After just a few days my flashes stopped and I noticed I wasn’t waking up because I was over heating. I’ve been taking this for a year now and swear by it. I have had a couple brief flare ups but overall this has made such a difference for me. I tell all my friends about it. It’s a little pricey but the subscription discount helps… well worth the money.

Expensive but effective
This was recommended to me by a NP. My mood swings have improved. I was not having hot flashes. I was having 23-28 day periods, and taking this my last one was 8 days. So far so good.Only downside is the cost.

Surprisingly satisfied
I have high hopes for this one. I had hot flashes several times a day for about 6 months and then they suddenly stopped. I was hot flash-free for about 3 months and they came back with a vengeance. I have been absolutely SUFFERING from hot flashes for the last 3 months – about 12 times/day and night. I started this product a couple of weeks ago, and to my surprise, the hot flashes have reduced in number and intensity – I’m down to about 2 per day and they’re manageable. No relief yet from fatigue and still haven’t dropped any weight, but I’ll take this as a win.

Helpful for Perimenopause
Going through MANY supplement brands, I have found that Thorne products are great quality. Having issues with perimenopause, I wanted to try something more natural before trying HRT. I have found that the Thorne Meta Balance works great. I took it for about 6 months and thought it wasn’t working, until I stopped taking it to realize, it was working!

ITEM ARRIVED EXPIRED
The bottle CLEARLY had an expiration date of August 2021. I ordered in October 2021. Disappointing! I’m reordering, though now direct from Thorne Research to guarantee quality and authenticity.Update: After ordering from Thorne Research I tried the supplement for 3 1/2 months. It worked fairly well within 2-3 days reducing the intensity of my hot flashes (though not eliminating them) and then it stopped working altogether after 3 months.
