Truform 1763 from the Truform Lites series provides mild graduated compression to help energize the legs and reduce discomfort. The 8-15 mmHg mild compression level is great for leg fatigue and slight ankle, leg and foot swelling. They provide long-lasting support that appeals to today’s active, fashion conscious woman and serve excellently as both business and casual wear. Truform stockings, socks, and pantyhose feature Graduated Compression Technology, which delivers a compressive action to the leg that is greatest at the ankle, then gradually decreases toward the heart. This graduated compression provides two primary benefits to the legs: increased pressure on tissues beneath the skin helps lessen and treat swelling for the wearer, and the compression action helps control the size of the superficial veins that lie just beneath the skin, preventing the slowing of blood flow so it can flow more quickly up the leg back toward the heart. Five intervals of therapeutic graduated compression, doctor-recommended to help relieve tired, heavy, and aching legs, aids in the treatment of varicose veins, and swelling of the leg and feet, ideal when sitting or standing for long periods of time. We take the extra time and effort necessary to insure a therapeutically effective, comfortable fit. The combination of state-of-the-art materials and equipment, plus knitting know-how sets Truform apart from the crowd to make your legs look and feel great.

Comfortable
These are great compression socks. Had surgery on a compound fracture of my leg and told socks would help swelling. These are tight but not too tight and too hard to put on. They wash wonderfully with no change in shape and not too thick that they are hot to wear. Do not leave marks of being too tight and make you feel more stable.

No hesitation for this senior to wear them
I’ve had these for a while. When I only had one pair, I washed them everyday with no decrease in quality or strength. They are quite comfortable and durable. The compression can be felt. They fit snugly yet are easy to put on.

light compression
I have previously purchased and wore Futuro which have a tighter fit and more elasticity to them. These socks are better than regular knee his but light on compression. I purchased 4 pair ; 3 pair were good. I pair contained 1 sock that wouldn’t stay up.

Very comfortable
I am always skeptical regarding compression socks. I actually purchased these as stockings to wear with long dresses and slacks through the fall-winter months. I was surprised at the softness of the fabric, the ease of putting them on and how comfortable they are on the calf. They do not bind. I bought a L, although I usually wear an XL. I chose the size according to the size guide given. They fit well. I purchased black, nude and navy; I was happy with all three colors. They are not sheer like nylons, but opaque and the compression is not heavy or tight. They look good.

The relief of pain and edema was foremost. Very strtetchable. They stay up,
Stretchability and ease of putting on was good, the main concern was the relief of pain, and relief of edema. They wash up and dry quickly. They stay up too.

Good stockings but band is too tight
Since I often read reviews before deciding on a purchase, I hope this will be helpful to others. The material, shade, and compression are excellent, but the top of the band is far too tight if you have edema in your upper calves/knees. The stocking on the left in the photo is turned inside out so you can see the source of the problem.

Comfortable
The length on this sock worked great and it is not too tight. I bought these compression socks for a long air flight. I ended up wearing them during my trip on our daily hikes. Though the socks are “sheer” they are strong. I would buy them again.

Ankle socks
The stockings are well made and fit perfect, but they fall down with every step until they are around your ankles, therefore they are useless for their intended purpose. Perhaps if you had a very wide calf they may stay up but for the average leg, I would suggest looking for something else.

I have spent a lot of money in the past on so called “support hose”. Non of them were manageable and impossible to getinto a wearable position on my legs. This is the only make I am able to put on myself, wear and have the result that waspromised in the ad, keeps the swelling down and is pleasant to look at as well. my biggest thrill is that I can actuallymanage them myself and enjoy the promised result! Thank you TRUFORM !
