I bought to start doing a balance exercise. I actually step over it. It can be placed in several ways to make it harder as my balance gets better.

Sturdy yoga block
This block definitely met my expectations. It is firm, but comfortable to use, and has held its shape for several weeks of daily use now. The color is nice too, especially against my darker colored mat.

Works very well, and it seems like it’ll last a while. The Perfect Sturdy Yoga Block!
This is exactly what I was just I was looking for to assist with my yoga practice. This block has a nice thickness to it. It’s durable and well made.There are others that are thinner, lighter and flimsy but not this one. It’s wide and solid aiding in the extension of my arms for balancing poses where I feel secure holding on to it, sitting on it to get in a deep squat, etc.I love the pink muted color too. I leave my exercise gear out in the open and it goes with my decor.Highly recommend!

solid, full-sized foam yoga block
This is a great, high-quality foam-based yoga block. There are different sizes of blocks, and this seems to be the full-sized version, at 4 x 6 x 9 inches. I have another which is a smaller size, but this one seems to match the size I use at yoga studios.The foam is solid enough to support me in whatever positions or poses I need to use it. In fact, it seems to be made of a harder and heavier foam than my other yoga blocks. It still has some give, though, so it works well.

Nice addition to my equipment
I’ve gotten older, and lazier about working out from my younger days…but I’m trying to get back into it, and realized very quickly that I am nowhere near as “bendy” and flexible as I used to be, so I have added various pieces of equipment to my home to help me. This WellRox yoga block is a necessary tool for me to assist me with balance, and also helps since my range of movement is limited. It is a foam block, so it will break down/get damaged by sharp objects, so be careful with it. On the flip side, it is lightweight and very easy to lift and move around. For standing/balancing poses, I do prefer a heavier block, as they just feel like they can stand up to my weight better, but this is a great overall block to assist with poses, and its lightness in weight means it is easy to move around or bring with me. The color is also very nice.

Nice, durable, pretty yoga block!
This yoga block comes wrapped in plastic with branded packaging. It’s a great size and feels solid and durable yet the slightest bit spongy. It’s got smooth edges and feels great. It’s slightly heavier than my less expensive blocks. It’s great quality. It does have some scratches and dents but nothing to take away from the function of it. I also love the pink color. It’s a great block and definitely does its job!
