This Pilates set is a really great value!! It comes with everything needed to have a nice workout! The balm even comes with an inflator. The bands give a really good workout too! Everything is made of nice quality materials and are made durable. I love the colors as well!

Beginner approved and easy to use
Exactly what I needed for my home work out. The Pilates ball helps so much with my lower sciatic pain. The bands are helping me tone and build muscle. The fitness ring helps with my inner thighs and I can’t watch tv while getting in shape. All are well made and high quality.

Cheap, unsafe especially for beginners
This is an okay beginning Pilates set, however, I have one major issue with this set. It does not come with any kind of exercise guide or link to a web page or a video absolutely nothing to contribute to ease of use or safety. As this is a beginner set regardless of what they say that it can be used for professionals it is irresponsible to Market this set without any guide as people could get hurt. The exercise bands are okay and can be used with physical therapy exercises. On the other hand, the ball I can’t even get it open to put air in it and I can’t imagine getting it closed afterwards. I am hoping that my son can get it.I don’t think it’s very durable or functional and it is made really cheaply.That being said I do really like the color. I do not think it is a good value because I think it is unsafe.

This Pilates ring fitness circle set is great to add into your workout regimen. I love all the extra pieces it comes with to add into your workout. This has definitely been a huge game changer for me and I feel like I’m getting a great workout as far as a full body workout goes. Highly recommend this set!

Decent Pilates Set
For mat Pilates, this is a complete set minus the mat and socks. The quality of the components is good, definitely above average. The selection of bands is very good, with four levels and a usable extra heavy. My Pilates reformer instructor introduced me to the small exercise ball, and this works wonderfully. It does deflate quickly when removing the pump, so that could use a little more attention. I like that it includes a pump and plug remover. The price is OK, maybe on the higher side especially without including a carrying bag. Otherwise, this is a complete set.

I absolutely love this Pilates set and all things that it comes with. It is very high-quality material especially with the stretch bands. I love that. It has a different strength levels. This will definitely be a part of my daily routine.
