Great quality bag for the price. I use this to transport my yoga mat to class 1-2 times a week and it has lasted me 2 years already. It also fits my yoga mat which is thicker than most mats.

This is the perfect Yoga Mat carrying bag.It’s roomy enough for any Thick mat with enough room to fit a small Yoga towel.The strap is adjustable and the bag is the perfect size and fit.I can’t comment if it’s waterproof or not. It served is purpose, but could’ve been a little better and Construction and material. I thought the ring that wrapped around would be a little bit sturdier

I don’t think an extra thick mat would work. but my .5 inch one fits well. I ordered one on another site that was flimsier, so I was relieved at the quality of this one.
