Where’s the Buzz?
Having tried The Zazzee organic green tea capsules, I don’t have any strong opinions about this product, good or bad.I’m a regular green tea drinker who gets a little boost of energy after a cup or two. I’ve been intermittently taking one of these capsules a day without any effect. Once, I tried two capsules late afternoon without any effect. The capsules swallow easily for me and without any taste. I don’t have any side effects from taking them.Still, I’m hopeful for the purported good health benefits from taking this product. The organic quality and US manufacturing are a big plus. I checked out their store and was glad to see many of their other products are very well received. I think it’s a good product but after finishing these capsules, I’ll probably go back to my habit of drinking brewed green tea.

HEALTH ALERT – Green Tea Extract and Potential Liver Toxicity
HEALTH ALERT — The EGCGs of this product is at toxicity levels and may cause harm to the liver. I wish I had researched it more before purchasing. You can look it up yourself.”Taking 6000 mg (6 grams) of green tea extract is a very high dose, significantly exceeding recommended amounts (typically 250-500 mg) and carries risks like liver damage, severe stomach upset, insomnia, increased blood pressure, and headaches, due to concentrated catechins and caffeine.”Sadly I cannot return. For sure this is why supplement labels says consult a healthcare professional before taking this product. Sadly no refunds, so I’m out of $17… but I discovered in time before the damage would have been far more costly.

Be carefule with dosing
Only have had it about a week but all I know it of those days about half of them this pill has caused extreme stomache pain vomiting burning and distress for housr and hours could t even stand up strait when I tries to take 2 tablets in 1 day instructions say 1 to 2 twice a day.. I repeat do ot take 2 tablet st once!!!! U will want to curl up and die and u will at rhe end of said death ve on the toilet with Satan rearranging what’s left of soul to anywhere but where it belongs .. Satan will make himself at home with a cozy fire amd read a book for the evening and tuck him self in doing flaming ring of fire trick with his minions… please just take 1 pill once a day maybe try 1 pill 2 times a day but space it out by at least 6 hrs but only if u are an early riser so that way ir second dose is around early after noon die to its caffeine content . Hopefully I will loose some amy of weight and soon thays why I bought these .. I am also using slim tea in the evening now after every meal I will reevaluate star rating after I know of it has helped in weight loss after im done with bottle
