Perfect for light strength training
I wear these during my strength training workouts. They’re not too heavy at all. Each one is 0.5 lb, which feels just right for me. They add a little extra challenge without being uncomfortable.

Wrist or ankle weights are a great way to add a little bit of resistance to your workout or even your everyday life. Though 1lb total does not sound like a lot, it really does make a difference over the course of the workout, especially if you’re doing resistance workouts or slower movements.I do a lot of Pilates and Yoga, and usually I use a 2-3lb weight to add to my workouts, which adds just a bit of difficulty to the slower movements. Unfortunately, my next weight-up is 5lb which I feel is just a bit too heavy for the type of workout I’m doing, so adding in 0.5lb-1lb on the arms is just enough for me for now.The weights strap in easily around the ankles or wrist. There’s a bit of stretch to them, and they velcro around accordingly. I have smaller wrists and wider ankles, and these straps were able to accommodate both sizes.If you’re just getting into fitness and looking for an easy way to slowly get active, even just wearing weights on a day-to-day basis can add up over time. I like to wear these when doing chores around the house, especially paired with a weighted vest as well.

This was a clever way to incorporate some strength training to all things I do in a daily basis. Its comfortable enough that i wear it all throughout my shift without feeling fatigue. Infact? It even feels like a nice resting pad for my wrist while using my laptop.The design is quite soft to the eyes and the skin and the velcro underneath isnt a bother at all.Honestly? Ive been wearing them every single day, 8hrs minimum lol. I really enjoy them.Not too heavy, but also has just enough “heaviness” to it that i became easily accustomed to wearing it. I like that! Working out slightly without knowing I’m doing so.Simply perfect 👌
