Never feel sick!
This is a really good iron supplement! Most others make my stomach hurt, even the ones that say “gentle,” but this one is fantastic. I never feel sick.TMI: However, I do get pretty constipated 😞 so I have to start increasing my fiber intake or take a stool softener with it. I’ve been using it for a month now and I’ve seen and felt the benefits already. I no longer feel like I’m freezing all the time, my nails are actually getting stronger instead of breaking and being brittle, I’ve stopped getting dizzy spells when I stand up, and it has helped with my menstrual cycle issues.Highly recommend these! But if you’re prone to constipation when taking iron, you’ll need fiber or a stool softener for sure.
