I measured myself in the manner that was shown in the video on how to size, and then I chose my size from the chart rather than making an educated estimate. The remainder of the encounter was improved as a result of that choice. I did not have to turn it down in order to feel safe when I first tried it on since it suited me perfectly from the moment I put it on. It was supportive without making my leg feel as if it was being confined. The first week consisted mostly of testing in real life. It was worn by me on days when I stood for extended periods of time and while I was conducting errands that required me to get in and out of the vehicle very often. My self-assurance on the stairs was the most noticeable shift I saw. The part of the staircase where I often have the greatest hesitance is when I am going downstairs; however, when I wore this brace, my steps seemed more controlled. I was able to stop worrying about my knee with each step since it alleviated the distracting and unstable sensation it caused. However, it did not eliminate every discomfort that I was experiencing. My program consisted of walking on a treadmill, doing bodyweight squats, and doing some light leg exercises—nothing very strenuous. I had a stronger and more stable sensation when I bent and straightened my back thanks to the brace. The fact that it did not wander or bunch up once I began moving was the aspect that I loved the most. Other supports that gradually slide down and need you to stop and repair them in the middle of the session are ones that I have tested. This one remained in place during the whole exercise, which allowed me to maintain my concentration.

Perfect fit. I use them on both knees during lifting workouts and cardio for extra support about 4x per week. They feel great, stay in place, keep my workouts pain free, and breath well with minimal sweating after a couple hours of high activity.I needed to replace a previous pair of ABYON Knee Braces that I used for 3 years till the Velcro wore out. I tried 6 other brands, and they all failed.I came by these upgraded versions on Amazon from an outside search which point me to them. They’re great, & I’m not sure why Amazon SEO or Ads didn’t recommend them especially since I purchased a previous versions 2x.

I felt instant relief, however, it required quite a bit of adjustments to keep the material from cutting into the back of my knee (which is why I rated 4-stars). It comes with instructions but I found placing the straps alternatively to what was recommended felt best for my knee. The brace itself is supportive and helps relieve the pain in my day-to-day walking. Even sitting with my knee bent, I noticed less strain and aches. It seems durable and is made with a decent quality material. I don’t feel any metal mechanics within (which have been issues with me in the past) and the size is large enough for a comfy fit. All-in-all I’d say it’s been incredible effective.

Really helps
This is a very well-made product. The material is sturdy, it is easy to put on and adjust, the velcro fasteners do their job and it is quite comfortable to wear. I like being able to put it on over my jeans so I can easily take it back off. It does slide down more easily, though as the fabric moves up and down. Putting it on under my trousers is much more secure.Almost immediately after putting it on, the pain I was accustomed to when walking was much less. I actually have two, one with side hinges and one with side springs. The one with hinges helps more with my walking stability, and the other one is more comfortable to wear around the house.The first one I ordered was a bit too large and didn’t fit below my knee really well. The paperwork that came with it promised to settle any problems, so I sent the seller an email explaining my situation. The next day I had a reply asking me to confirm my address, and a few days later I received a replacement in a smaller size.Needless to say, I am very pleased with the product and with the seller’s customer service.

Cozy comfy effective
My osteoarthritis knee was pinching after swimming & doing hydrotherapy exercises. I used the cool pool then hot tub. Over 20 years ago I had an arthroscopy for a torn meniscus, now it s arthritic bone on bone. This brace is so cozy, comfy yet supportive to get me through my cruise for the next couple of wks. When I return home I could follow up with the orthopedist if necessary. I already take anti-inflammatories, doctors have to wait forever for insurance approval to administer gel shots or bone regeneration injections. Therefore, this soft but supportive brace gets me through the “waiting game”. While the doctor figures out what to do, this reasonably priced wrap feels so cozy to avoid surgery or shots , at least for now. The largest size fits my plus size knee perfectly. I navigate around the house great, and I will be able to walk onto and inside the huge cruiseship. It’s uncomplicated to Velcro on and off before & after swimming. I love this wonderfully priced product & thank you Amazon for getting it delivered before I leave. I didn’t have to walk up and down aisles of dozens of stores to shop for the correct size and item. I read the reviews, took a chance, and came out winning! I love it!

Knee hole may not fit properly
Quality is accurate as described. The hole that was supposed to fit over the knee, did not fit properly on me, and it actually left the knee hurting more than before I started wearing it.

Life (pain) saver!!!
This brace saved my life!!! It is nice and comfortable. Its thick enough to give you support but also let you move comfortably. The straps are long enough, so it was easy to put on as well as take off. The amount of compression depends on your needs and it was perfect for me. I’m constantly on the go for work, so it passed the test of durability. I wish I had found this sooner.
