A thumbs up from the hubby!
Hubby is just starting yoga and complained that my mat was too thin. He loves this one! There are ridges on one side and one side is smooth. Rolls right up and is easy to use. Super comfortable on the foot and joints and he doesn’t sink into it too much. Really good quality too!

Such comfort because of the thickness but it makes noise and squeaks a little. Also it moves around a bit. I use it for my Pilates class. I love the thickness because it’s easier on my vertebrae. Nice that it comes with the strap holder to but it’s not a Velcro kind more like a rubber band type.

I needed a little bit thicker yoga mat for doing yoga on my hardwood floors. It is durable, reasonable, weight, and cushions where needed.

Extra thick and longer than most. The strap is elastic and easy to place on the rolled-up mat. Compared to another, more expensive mat I returned, this is a much better quality mat.
