Fantastic!
Fantastic! I work 10 hour shifts in a warehouse and needed the extra support for my back and posture. The size was true to fit, material is durable and lightweight enough to wear for long hours. It has amazing support for my back and has helped relieve quite a bit of tension in that area. Overall I’d say the brace has been as effective as I expected. Great value for the money. Definitely recommend.

Complex & Ineffective
It may hold the back and waist in, but the velcro would pop apart before it was tight enough to have any noteworthy pull on the shoulders. And complicated to put on. Even one of the ‘how to’ videos the guy mentioned getting help from someone to put it on. 🙂
