I love this product! Saw results the first week I started taking it. Energy levels went up, skin improved, nails got stronger, joint pain decreased. Great quality. Dissolves best if you put in your choice of drink in a blender, shaker or bullet. Hair is stronger as well. Was a little taken by how the powder settled upon opening. The container was only half full. That was disappointing.

Black Girl Vitamins Collegen has been a literal mobility saver for me. I’m 51 and in menopause. I noticed my knees and ankles started to feel (crunchy) and snappy when I walked. This would be my second time purchasing this product in the last 3 months. One scoop a day in my coffee. Does not change the flavor of my coffee. Although I have seen mild changes in my skin, hair and nails, I would like to see what 6 months look like. Everything needs consistency. My 5 stars are based on the look of my nail (growth), my hair (mild shed) and thighs – with a workout.
