Limited effect.
These braces only seemed to pull in the abdomen. Wearing all day – got used to it and still slouched. Not much pull back on the shoulders.

Good back brace, but rubs under the arms
I like this back brace. I’m a hairstylist and thought I might use it to be preventative and assist with my back. It does work, although eventually the straps rub under my arms a bit after wearing it for a couple of hours.

Small is actually small!
This seems to have been designed by someone who actually used a posture brace at least once before and took note of the obvious improvements that needed to be made. A lot of these vests have a very limited area for the velcro to attach to, so if you’re bigger, or (in my case) smaller than they were expecting, you can’t get the straps on you to where they’re actually doing anything. This vest’s entire surface is the side velcro sticks to so you can pull it as tight or loose as you want. It also has an extra set of straps to pull to create an extra secure and pulled in feel. Otherwise, the small is actually small and fit me perfectly as a petite woman who is 5′.Overall, this was a great posture vest and works very well if you’re petite.

Has no elasticity to it so it feels like cardboard around your waist.. absolutely junk! Tried it on and it went right back for refund
