Giving it more time
I feel more relaxed. I haven’t noticed much difference in falling asleep easier. I do feel more rested however. I am going to change the time I take it. I’m going to try taking it a couple of hours before I go to bed. I will keep you posted.

Realmente funciona! No soy de dejar reseñas pero este producto merece una reseña! He estado mucho tiempo sufriendo de cortisol elevado, se siente horrible! Pero me encontré con esta publicidad creo que en una red social y decidí comprarlo total no perdía nada con probar! Había probado muchos productos que ofrecen ayudar a reducir el stress! Ninguno funcionó! Hasta que probé este, solo tengo como 5 días usándolo y he notado una gran diferencia, mi estrés ha bajado muchísimo me siento mucho mejor, espero que este producto también pueda ayudar con la salud de alguien más. Recomiendo 100%

This was recommended to me to take for flattening my stomach. I’m not an expert on supplements or cortisol but all I can say was that for me this did nothing for me. I’m disappointed. It helped my sister’s stomach, but I wouldn’t buy it again because I did not notice any any difference.

Healthy cortisol can reduce body pain! !!!
My boys natural stress it being over tired mentally is to give me shoulder and arm pain. The pain does go away with icing or rest.But from past 4-5 times I took 2 pills after thr day which needed a heavy mental or physical work.In few hours my pain came to atleast 60 percent without any other medicine, pain killer or icing.Now I know I will keep taking it maybe before I expose myself to such situations. And it makes me feel happy as well. Highly recommend.

May cause nausea in some?
The jury is still out, as I just took my first dose with a meal and within about 5-7 minutes felt incredibly nauseous, I might even throw up. Looks like I might have a sensitivity to the ashwagandha and may need to rerun this product.Update: didn’t throw up but felt pretty bad for about 2 hours. Fortunately the company refunded my money right away so their customer service is great! Wish it would have worked out for me.
