Not great!
Easy to use, but doesn’t stay in place. If you’re planning on using with a nonslip mat meant for hot yoga it will slide off the mat.Update: After using for several weeks I wouldn’t recommend. It doesn’t stay in place and you have to constantly tighten and adjust straps. Very frustrating. Not sure if it’s just my strap that’s damaged or that the fasteners aren’t working but the mat just slides off.

Perfect yoga mat carrier!
I am so happy with this yoga mat carrier. It keeps the mat securely rolled up with the latch closures. I don’t use the shoulder strap but it’s a nice option. The carrying handle is so convenient.
