Just ordered my 2nd bag. I put 1/2 a scoop in my 1st cup of coffee and another in my second. Serving size suggests 1 full scoop but I find the taste just a titch noticeable. While I wouldn’t say unpleasant it makes my coffee less desirable and I Love my morning coffee. Using half a scoop works great, lets me enjoy my coffee and still get the full benefits of the product. I have noticed positive changes in my skin, hair and nails. Nails in particular are growing fast and strong. My husband uses it as well. Great for your insides too, especially gut health. We Love Dr. Berg and his products. His YouTube health videos are a game changer. Very Trustworthy!

UPDATE 11/26/25: The company reached out to me and offered/gave me a full refund. They did ask that I would be willing to give them another chance. I certainly will, and I hope they are being more diligent with checking the servings per bag moving forward. Changing my rating to a 4. They’ll get a 5 next time if all goes well!No taste when dissolved in coffee. High quality ingredients. Expensive for only 25 servings, but I am willing to pay extra if I think it’s worth it. ONLY RECEIVED 22 SERVINGS!!! When you steal my hard earned money, you will never get my business again. I cannot recommend this product.

Naturally sourced Collagen
I first heard about this about six months ago. I was working out and sore and wasn’t feeling great and I watched Dr. Berg on social media. So I decided to try his product. It’s wild sourced collagen that is good for bone health and recovery from working out. It’s a powder that mixes easily with protein, powders and water. It’s a very effective of helping me recover quicker and feeling better overall and I’m able to sleep better. The texture is good because it’s water soluble so you can’t even tell that it’s there.
