Very Potent!
This product was of very high quality. It gives natural energy, no jitters, and good focus! This is a very potent product, very strong. Grade A. I can’t take this stuff on an empty stomach. It hits my system too hard. When I take it with a meal, it settles really well. It’s STRONG. Fair warning.I’m taking this in conjunction with Double Dragon Green Coffee Bean, and the fat has been coming off like crazy. I am 5’7″, 149 lbs, so I am considerably close to my target weight. I am shredding down, and so is my girlfriend. Very nice results. We’re also taking Ashwagandha and 5-HTP (periodically) for their mood boosting properties.

I started taking this in conjunction with a few other supplements because I had an abnormal PAP and I did some research and found out that Green Tea Extract could help with protection against cancer. Since Western medicine’s approach to my abnormal PAPs was just to wait and see and redo the PAP yearly and watch, I wanted to be more proactive. So I after researching brands, I chose this one to try. I liked that it had Black Pepper to help with absorption too. And if I had some weight loss too, all the better. I’ve noticed I am more alert and have more energy in the morning. I have more attention to detail and I feel all around healthier. I won’t know if it’s helped with the PAP until I go in for my next PAP in a few months, but I am hopeful it helps. If anything I know that Green Tea Extract isn’t hurting me! And I like what it’s doing for me in my daily life now!

Soooo. I started off the year no resolutions but resolved to make changes and for me the oh so common lose weight was on the agenda. So i got back into the habit of getting up at 3:45 a.m. and getting on it.. I was a beast..Fast forward two months and life got hectic and my schedule got ruined so… in an attempt to get back on it i set the alarm for 3:30.. I turned it off more times than i like to admit but i didn’t have the energy..I ordered a different health harmony (USA supplements) product which lead me to notice the green tea pills..love them.. need them.. recommend them..I definitely notice when i miss taking one and I’m sure other people notice the difference to because i don’t want to be botheredNo jitters.. no side effects.. good clean pure energy

Great way to get your polyphenols without having to drink the green tea!!
I am happy I have finally found a way to get the benefits of green tea without actually having to drink the stuff. If you’re like me and you’re not able to stand the taste of green tea but you still want the benefits of the polyphenols that help your body then this is for you! I’ve been taking these for several weeks and they have helped me tremendously with cutting back on coffee and removing sugar from my diet. I feel more focused and have even started being more productive around the house. I’m so glad to finally be able to get the nutrients that I’ve missed out on all these years. I will also open a capsule and blend it in a smoothie. Usually I only take one a day but sometimes I’ll take another in the afternoon.
