Excellent product at a great price!
So pleased with the quality and versatility of this set! And at such a ridiculously low price! My honest Physical Therapist whispered “Buy them on Amazon” rather than purchasing from the PT practice at many times the price. The bands and all the accessories–foam handles, carabiners, door anchor, ankle straps–are sturdy. If I had only one wish, it would be for a second door anchor so there’d be less switching-out, but that would be greedy! Thank you for this terrific product, speedy delivery, and excellent price!

This is exactly what I was looking for. Everything comes in a nice small bag to keep it all together and organized (if you don’t have a designated place to leave them out and ready). They are quick and easy to set up. Great for quick workout or longer sessions. I have used these for awhile and love them. The only thing that would make these better is some padding for the ankle straps but if you don’t tighten them up too much they are easily tolerable. These probably won’t bulk you up but if you just want to move and exercise and tone up your body then these will be perfect. So glad I bought these. Worth every penny.

One of the most complete resistance bands set I’ve bought. It comes with a chart to show different exercises to do with the resistance bands. Additionally, I like two of the arms and two of the leg pulls grasping apparatus are included. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

very long, light resistance
The handles and loops are great, will outlast the bands. When the time comes for new bands, or clips these will still be usable. Bands probably less resistance than labeled. Thats OK I wanted something I could use for continued light resistance physical therapy. The tiny aluminum carabiner are fragile which was also expected, new ones are really inexpensive (like a quarter) at hardware stores if you ever need more. The tube/bands are super long, I can tie them in knots. Next time I’m looking for just the tubing to tie up my own.
