I am usually very skeptical, BUT these are legit. I do hate the fact that you have to take 4 a day because it depletes your supply very quickly, but these have helped me tremendously. They make me focus, they keep me calm during crazy work days. At night, they’re especially good because they help me sleep through the night. I feel very rested and sleep very well. Goli Ashwagandha & Vitamin D Gummy – 60 Count – Mixed Berry, KSM-66.I took 1 morning 1 evening. Definitely potent – focus, appetite suppression, energy, great taste except not so great sleep with dreams. So after 2 days I decided to pause and I couldn’t sleep for 2 days. Looks like a dependent kind of herb. Respect but not for me.

I’m been feeling pretty good lately. I’m constantly under stress and this seems to actually be helping. I used to take these all the time but just recently decided to get more.I doesn’t give me a stomach or headache like the others have described. But again, it could just be because I’ve already taken these before. It does send a bit of a tingle to clear my head.The bottle recommends take only two a day.And remember to only take maybe half of one of these if you’ve never taken any before. Your well being is more important then however many you think you can take, just because it isn’t weed, cbd, or thc.I remember the first time I took one I got very drowsy and then by the 3 time I took them it barley had any effects. Go slow.
