This yoga mat is fantastic. The grip is outstanding — even during sweaty workouts or hot yoga, my hands and feet don’t slip at all. The PU surface absorbs moisture really well, and the natural rubber base keeps the mat firmly in place on the floor.The 5mm thickness is just right: enough cushioning to protect my knees and joints without feeling squishy or unstable. I also love the extra-long and wide size — it gives me plenty of room to move without feeling cramped.It feels very high quality, lays flat right out of the box, and doesn’t have that strong rubber smell some mats do. The included strap is a nice bonus and makes it easy to carry.I’ve used this for yoga, HIIT, and strength training, and it’s held up beautifully. Definitely worth it and I would buy it again.

Excellent quality yoga mat! The KEEP Rubber Yoga Mat has amazing grip, even during sweaty hot yoga sessions—no slipping at all. The PU surface absorbs sweat well, and the natural rubber base stays firmly in place on the floor. The 5mm thickness provides great cushioning for joints without feeling too soft. I also love the extra-long and wide size—it gives plenty of room for stretches and flows. The included strap makes it easy to carry and store. Perfect for yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and home workouts. Highly recommend.

This mat looks and feels like a much more premium priced mat that you buy at yoga studios and the price is less than half. The package arrived intact and the product was perfect. The mat looks great and a shiny, but it has a really good grip. I tried it at home and it was great for am at-home streaming yoga class. I also took it to a hot yoga class at a studio and it absorbed sweat and moisture very nicely and still provided a great amount of grip. It wiped down easily to clean with the yoga mat wipes that they have at the studio. After that, I just left it out to dry on the floor at home. There was no weird smell when it arrived and it looked and smelled clean with just a simple wipe after use. It also comes with a strap, which was a nice surprise. I’ve only used this a few times, but based on my initial experience and compared to other mats that I’ve bought in the past, I have a good feeling that this one will last quite a long time. if that’s not the case and there are issues, I will update this review.

Almost perfect
The size is very good. Wished there was an extra wide option (like the 32” blue grouper mat). Very lightweight and easy to roll up to carry around. Has enough cushion and amazing slip resistant material. Only downside is that it stains so easily and it distracts me. Can’t wait imagine the sweat stains during hot yoga.
