Great Relief for Aging Knees
Getting older definitely has its downsides, and for me, that means waking up with body aches every single day. I got this ice pack/knee brace to help manage the discomfort, and it has become a staple in my routine.The Highlights:Effective Pain Relief: As soon as I strap this on, my knee feels significantly better. Not bad but not a great price
Before I rcvd the knee braces I cancelled this order (because of bad weather, days later I went to the store to buy one.) Since I have to waste my time returning it, I figured I’d try it first and review it.The knee braces are too tight, and doesn’t have side supports. They did give two additional knee straps but I don’t see how they would aid in recovery, relieving pain or swelling.The ice pack stays cold for about 15-20 mins and feels great, holds well in place and it helps reduce swelling, aids in blood flow and pain relief. It feels soft on one side and overall works well. Unfortunately, it only fits half my knee, I thought it would fit the whole knee, front to back.The rest of the stuff in the box is useless but may work well for minor pains with minimal swelling, or for petite, skinny legs. Not a bad package (if it fits) but not the best price for just an ice pack.

Stays cool for long periods of time and very soothing on injuries; 1 ice and 2 support sleeves
Great set! I have used a lot of different knee wraps, braces, ice sleeves, etc over time and I love this for my knee!! It comes with both an ice wrap and 2 knee supports. The cooling ice wrap tends to stay cool to the touch, but obviously gets much colder if you put it in the fridge or freezer. It is so soothing on an injury and can be wrapped as loose or tight as you needed using the Velcro that wraps around it. It is slick on one side and velvety smooth on the other. It can stay cold for a long time if put in the fridge or freezer, but never freezes hard. Overall, very happy with and will continue using!

Great value kit for knee support
This is a great value package for knee support and healing. The two knee braces are well made with good stitching and strong velcro to secure a good fit and maintain position. They are only available in one size which seems to fall under small to medium size range. It would be good to make large to x-large sizes as well. The ice wrap has a larger band and has a soft cloth material on the inside that feels comfortable. It can be easily rolled up to be placed in freezer. I also received two knee straps with the kit which are also on the smaller size range. Overall, a great kit to have for dealing with knee issues.

The cold pack with the knee brace is really great for relieving pain
This feels so good on my sore knees. I lug a wheelchair up and down a flight of stairs every day, so I have a lot of wear and tear on my knees. The cold pack stays in place pretty well and I like that I can have a slight bit of pressure by strapping the knee brace over it. I found that criss crossing the straps prevents the brace from sliding down much on my leg. I would like for the cutout over the knee cap to be just a little bigger, but I can still bend my leg enough for walking and climbing stairs, so it’s okay. The smaller straps that came extra with it don’t do much good for me, but I suppose the usefulness of them would depend on what kind of injury or soreness someone has. The set comes with two knee braces, two smaller straps, and a cold pack. I think it is a very good value. Overall I say this is one of the best and most useful knee braces Ive ever owned.
