Sturdy and easy to adjust!
This is a sturdy strap which I purchased for going to yoga classes. It easily tightens and loosens and the strap is not flimsy. Worked perfect for me!

If I could give 0 stars I would for the AZURELIFE Yoga Mat Sling, Yoga Mat Straps for Carrying, Easy-Cinch Yoga Mat Holder Strap I would. I chose this yoga mat holder because it is a thick strap and it looked like it would be comfortable on my shoulder. It is comfortable, but my yoga mat slips right through. There is no way to hold the strap tight on a yoga mat. Whether carrying my mat or standing in up on its end, the strap falls off. I still have to pinch my mat under my arm, so it doesn’t fall out of the strap when I am walking. It does not work for me/ 🙁
