These turned out to be pretty good. I like the taste and they seem to aid the digestion process quite well. I plan to stay on these and buy again.

Very effective product for regularity
I have to say I am really impressed with just how effective these gummies are. I was a skeptic, as I have never found other gummy products to be effective but these definitely work well. I bought these to use after a surgery. They made me more regular than I’ve ever been. The taste is ok, sort of an artificial fruity flavor, not bad but not like candy, lol. They are easy to chew and swallow. I needed less than the bottle suggested. I definitely would start with one a day and build up. At most, all I ever needed was two per day. The only side effect I noticed is they do make me more gassy. My doctor said that could go away after weeks of taking it. I am sticking with these and have already purchased more because they work better than similar products that are much less palatable.

Tastes good, easy to chew
Just got these today. I have been using GLP1 injections for 13 months. I was using the nature made brand of the fiber gummies and they were ok. They did what they were supposed to I guess but I decided to try this brand recommended by my doctor. I have only used them today. The taste was really good. They were a nice texture and easy to chew. They did not get stuck in my teeth or anything like that so if you have dentures or any dental appliances these gummies should be ok to use. We’ll see how they affect my fiber intake and if they help.

Taste weird
I didn’t realized it had monk fruit as a sweetener. The chews are tough and do not taste good. If I could, I would return them. I’ll see if I can give them to a family member as they are not palatable to me. The bottle was also extremely difficult to open.

FINALLY Had a bowel movement with no difficulty! I love the additional vitamins that I’m sure I don’t get enough of so that’s a nice bonus. They taste good and compared to other fiber supplements this has more benefits and a better price.

This is a very useful product and you don’t need to take a lot together the results either. Works every time they do make one a bit gassy though but overall a great product.
