I can’t imagine a better protein powder than this one.
I recently got more serious about fitness and don’t have a lot of experience with protein powders. A friend recommended I try this one so I thought I would see how it helped me with my post-workout recovery. I’ve used it following my upper-body workouts and my 10-mile bike rides and in both cases I’ve been impressed. I didn’t feel nearly the soreness or the lack of energy that has followed those activities in the past. Also, the taste and texture were both great. It was 99 percent vanilla with just a hint of the earthy protein taste you expect and the texture was very smooth after only shaking it up in a bottle — great mixability with no grit or clumping. With this kind of performance, it is definitely a good value for the money. I can’t imagine there is a better option for protein powders than this one.

Finally, a plant protein that’s not gritty!
I’ve been using Rise311 since before they came to Amazon. I suffer the same fate as many others and can’t stomach whey protein. I’ve tried countless plant based, but none compare to this one.The chocolate one tastes great. Flavor is not overpowering and blends smooth. Added a small scoop of powdered peanut butter to get that awesome flavor combination.Vanilla also tastes great and blends smooth. Not gritty or grainy.Yes, it is a little bit pricey compared to others, but you get what you pay for and that’s outstanding taste and 30g of protein. Use fairlife instead of water to get more protein per drink.

You need to add in other drinks to taste better!
It’s okay I don’t like the taste of it by itself so much, and you can’t simply just drink this with water!Nah you need to put this in juice to tolerate! It’s too chalky! The Size of the bag it’s worth the price! Dissolve nicely! Quality was great! Easy to use but need juice or smoothie to go with it! Size of bag was good!

Great taste – can’t tell the difference between this and whey protein
First, you should know I scrutinize labels for nutritional content and quality of ingredients. I found no objectionable ingredients in this protein power. We go through a LOT of protein power in this household, and have been aficionados for the last 12 years or so. We typically buy Jym protein powders or Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, for reference.I was skeptical of the vegan aspect of this protein powder, but let me tell you, the taste is great. It definitely has a dark chocolatey flavor and doesn’t have any weird aftertaste. It also blends well into our protein smoothies. It does stick to the sides of the blender like concrete, but then I noticed the instructions on the back of the bag which instruct you to blend all of your other ingredients first, then add the protein powder and blend slowly. I think the sticking problem was simply me not following directions. I’ll try again tomorrow with their suggestion.The powder is very fine — finer and lighter than any protein powder I have used.That said, this powder is very expensive at $4.33 per serving. My usual brand is similar quality and is only 84 cents per serving. Not a good value, in my opinion, so I wouldn’t order again.

Taste great mixes well
I can’t believe these comments stating this taste bad. I actually consider it as a milkshake with a Majic Bullet mixer; a little milk, water, Rise311, banana and if you sip it, the next thing you do is chug. Not sure which flavor is better, but if Amazon or my mistake of wrong flavor…I would keep it.
