I’ve been really impressed with this posture corrector! It’s easy to put on (just like a backpack) and super adjustable, so it fits comfortably without feeling too tight. The straps are sturdy and stay in place, and I noticed a difference in my posture right away. Helpful for long days at a desk
This is an expensive tool, but it has helped me pay more attention to my posture while sitting at my computer all day. It fits both me and my husband, so it clearly covers a wide size range since he’s much bigger than I am. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t bother me throughout the workday. I can easily conceal it under the jacket I wear at work, and I’ve noticed it’s helped improve my posture even when I’m not wearing it.

Too small for men
I am 6ft, 180lbs; a medium or large in most shirts/jackets. I am not a big guy. This brace was too small for me. I found it difficult to put on and even more difficult to adjust, all because it is too small. This is made for small- to medium-sized women (as the product and box images might indicate). I should have known. Returning this to find something that fits better on a man.

It works but it is uncomfortable without a shirt as the directions recommend.
For the price this item works as it should. It is not very comfortable on the skin so I choose to wear a light shirt underneath. Also it is not very strong/substantial. It will not hold your shoulders back if I do not focus on maintaining good posture however that makes it a good trainer/reminder to keep good posture and train my body to do so.

Lacks comfort!
I had to send this one back because it was too small. It was light weight, but I take issue with the design. The shoulder straps wrap around the arm pits which is not an idea location because of your underarm deodorant will soil the straps. I can’t recommend this posture corrector due to inadequate design.

I picked this up to help with some lower back stability during my workouts, and the first thing I noticed and was actually very relieved about is that it didn’t come with any of that harsh chemical or “factory” smell that usually plagues these types of neoprene products. The materials themselves feel like great quality in the hand, and the stitching seems sturdy enough to survive quite a few trips through the wash.However, the “Technical Catch” for me is the actual support level. While the dual-strap system looks like it should provide a tight cinch, I found that the vertical stays aren’t nearly rigid enough to keep my back from rounding during movement. One thing to watch out for is that if you have a narrower waist, the side panels tend to overlap in a way that creates a bulkier profile under your clothes without actually adding more stability. I found that if you position the lumbar pad slightly higher than you think you need to, it helps a bit, but it still feels more like a light compression wrap than a true supportive brace.I’m giving this 3 stars instead of 5 because, at the end of the day, it’s just nowhere near strong enough for serious back issues. It works fine as a light reminder to watch your posture, but if you’re looking for something to really lock your lumbar in place while lifting or working, this might feel a bit underwhelming. It’s a bit disappointing because the fabric is so comfortable, but the performance just doesn’t quite match the build quality.

My husband is always telling me I look like a shrimp when I’m sitting at my computer, so I finally caved and bought this thing to see if it would help. I got it on Tuesday and have been wearing it while I game and scroll through social media.It is honestly way more comfortable than I thought it would be. Most of these things look like torture devices with straps and buckles digging into you, but this one uses this soft, breathable material that feels fine even after a couple of hours. It doesn’t hurt or pinch my armpits, which is a huge plus. The cool thing is that it doesn’t feel like it’s forcing my back straight, but whenever I start to slouch down, I can feel the tension in the back piece and I naturally straighten up.It’s basically a reminder to sit up straight so I don’t look like a hunchback. There is a little stiff piece in the back part, but it’s not uncomfortable at all. I can fold it up and shove it in my backpack if I want to take it somewhere, which is convenient. It hasn’t miraculously fixed my spine in three days, obviously, but it definitely makes me aware of how bad I’m sitting. For the price, it is a no-brainer if you want to stop slouching without spending a fortune.

I have something like this but it is a full on belt too and it can be a bit much just sitting at the computer or scrolling your phone, and I just wanted something that could help me stay more upright as before you know it you’re reading something and completely hunched over. I put this on (for the photos over my sweater which is not comfortable, it works better under the clothing or at least over a tshirt I think) and hey, it worked for me. I have loose joints that are always popping in and out and you could feel my shoulders and neck responding to this. It felt like a masseuse holding your shoulders back and it felt really good. it was awkward over my sweater and the armpits bunched which is why I docked a star as they did that to me even over a tshirt, but I will deal with that to get that relief.The whole thing is pretty small which is nice, and you use velcro on the around the arms part to make it fit for you. The fabric of the part that touches you is nice and soft and they put holes in it for breath-ability. So that is nice too, hopefully it won’t get too stinky or anything. I can see myself wearing this quite a lot and getting another when I wear it out. For me I need this kind of thing to help me not become a complete mess and I feel the difference. I am happy with this, even if it seems like it might not last too too long in the long run since it goes in the pits and all.

I ordered this posture corrector to try to work on my posture and reduce back and shoulder tension when working.While this brace does add a small amount of support, it’s mostly just a reminder to correct, in the sense that leaning too far forward puts pressure on the shoulder straps and creates a slightly annoying (but not painful) pinching feeling in your shoulders and armpits. Personally, I found that when I used this brace to reinforce proper posture, it just redirected the discomfort to my neck and shoulders instead.The listing photo makes this brace look much larger than it actually is. For me, the lower section only goes to the middle of my shoulder blades, rather than halfway down my back as suggested by the photo.In all, this brace does help with reminding you to adjust your posture, but it doesn’t actively modify it for you. While there is no pricing information available for me to reference, I personally wouldn’t pay more than $20 for this brace, if that. If you’re looking for something to use as a reminder, rather than a passive correction brace, this could be beneficial for you.

I spend way too many hours hunched over a computer, and my upper back and neck were killing me. This posture corrector brace is adjustable, fits snugly around my shoulders and upper back without feeling restrictive. It gently pulls me into better alignment so I naturally sit/stand straighter. It’s made of some type of fabric that doesn’t get too hot or itchy during long wear. The straps are easy to tighten or loosen for a custom fit. After a couple weeks of using it for 1-2 hours a day, my posture feels improved. The nagging shoulder tension has eased up quite a bit. It’s discreet under clothes too, no bulky look. It’s not a miracle fix overnight, but I honestly believe that consistent use will make a difference. Recommend!
