The Foam Roller to rule them all
If you think the grooves/sections in this foam roller are just for show and there’s no difference between this and a traditional foam roller – you are dead wrong.The difference in release, your comfort when using and ease of use are undeniable.It comes with clear directions and links to videos to ensure proper use. Easy to use for small and large athletes. The foam quality is outstanding and it’s sure to hold its shape for a long time. As far as the firmness of the foam itself, it is on par with most standard rollers when the foam is new. They do have a softer and a harder version. I think this one is probably the most universally usable, but can see where the softer one might be more comfortable for some of the low back &. neck release activities in particular. I do have issues with my neck and even with the firmness of it, the grooves make it a much more gentle and effective than a traditional roller. It comes with removable strap makes it easy to carry and take with you too.Yes it is a price jump from traditional rollers but one very much worth it.

(Please note that I received this product at a significant discount for my honest and unbiased review)I also want to mention that this is my 2nd Rollga in the Silver Genesis Modeled version, since my first Rollga I paid full price for. I got this 2nd one at a discount for the review, but I also wanted a backup or to give away as a gift, since I love this roller so much. I also got the Black Pro version of the Rollga for a discount too and will be reviewing it when I receive it in the mail tomorrow. Since I already have weeks of experience with the original Silver Genesis Rollga I bought at full price I will be talking about all that below!I really do love this foam roller! It can be used on practically every muscle group of the body. I really appreciate that the company took the time and effort to make YouTube videos displaying how to use the product appropriately. They even have a video with a truck running over the Rollga and the Rollga still survived! Why does that matter? I don’t really know, but it is cool, right?! Also I should mention that I have tried a few rollers in the past such as a simple light intensity foam roller with the normal circular design, but I have also tried foam rollers with spiky designs and such. I love them all because they really do all work, but the Rolla really feels different. Like the description says, the Foam Roller reaches deeper parts of the muscles that normal rollers can’t reach. At least to me it feels that way so I will run with that. :] The first day I got the foam roller I rolled and rolled on it over and over and kept coming back to it at different parts of the day. Its been about almost a month now and I still am using it every day. I have a history of back pain for the last 6 years of my life so I rely on a lot of anti-inflammatory supplements to keep the pain at bay, but this roller really does take a lot of the pain away even at times diminishing it completely, even if it is only for a time. It seriously is like having your own chiropractor at your fingertips, except instead your only paying for the price of one really cheap chiropractic session with insurance. My chiropractor charged a flat $44 fee for straight cash payments per session and if you paid with insurance it was still $40 after deductions so it was better to just pay cash basically instead of using my health insurance premium up. I can’t afford to go to the chiropractor, since he wanted me to go twice a week, which would be at minimum around $320. After I left the doctor I just dealt with the pain and used anti-inflammatory supplements and natural pain sprays and creams until I came across foam rolling, which really has changed my life drastically. Now with the Rollga I have finally found my favorite foam roller with the most effective results. I am excited to try the ‘Black Pro Rollga’ and I’m sure I will even enjoy that one better, since it is even firmer than the silver Genesis Model. I would go for this model if you are new to Foam Rolling, since it is less intense and less painful to the body (Your body needs to adjust to foam rolling and foam rolling can be painful at first) and then work your way up to the Black Pro or perhaps the Blue Rollga model, which is in between the silver and Black Pro. I also want to touch on the customer service as they answered my questions swiftly and with a very detailed response to my questions regarding the differences between each Rollga roller. I really hope Rollga keeps manufacturing more and more products. My only minor complaint is that the roller is quite expensive, but to be honest it is pretty much worth every penny because any of the Rollgas will probably be the only foam roller you will ever need and you won’t have to waste time and money buying different foam rollers getting only mediocre results. This product deserves a recommendation and I give this roller a 5 star review with the HUGEST thumbs up in a review I have ever left on Amazon! Hears to hoping that the Black Pro Rollga will be my next favorite foam roller of all time and beat out this silver one!

Great replacement for boyfriend
I used to have a boyfriend who gave great back massages, but when we broke up I just bought this foam roller and it works just as well without the drama! Seriously this thing will crack your back and loosen up the tightest muscles. I position it under my back on the floor with my spin in the center groove and roll up and down. It’s highly effective and relaxing. I also use in to foam roll my thighs and calves. It’s pretty firm so it may be painful at first if you aren’t used to foam rolling, but I think it’s more effective than the softer foam rollers. It’s very easy to use and rolls nicely.

I ordered this product several months ago because they have this very same roller at my gym. I fell in love with it and the amazing back massage I get while using it. I am able to target my upper back and my shoulders. Truly is a great product. It’s super sturdy and a great size regardless of your weight. Will definitely be ordering another as a gift for a friend. It is worth the money especially when it offers such amazing back relief.

Good massage roller
My trainer provides these Rollga Roller for me to massage my muscle after workout. The roller can relieve tight muscle after rolling. So I bought two different colors of Rollga foam roller, blue and black, to massage my tight muscle at home. The blue is a bit softer and the black is very hard. It all depends whether you want to get more pressure on your muscle or not. I just use them alternatively. My husband only use the blue one.
