It felt sturdy and well-made, and I was genuinely happy with my purchase.However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Just after three months, the massager abruptly stopped working. What was initially a dependable source of relaxation turned into a source of frustration. I reached out to the vendor for support or a possible replacement, but my attempts to contact them went unanswered. This lack of customer service only added to my disappointment.Considering the price point of $100, I expected a product that would last significantly longer and come with reliable customer support. This experience left me feeling like I wasted my money on a product that didn’t stand the test of time, and a company that doesn’t value its customers.Overall, I can’t recommend this product due to its poor longevity and the company’s unresponsive customer service. It’s a shame because it started off so well, but a product – no matter how good initially – is only as reliable as the support behind it.
