Using this strap for post-operative knee replacement
This strap is a live saver. I had a total knee replacement, and this strap was primarily bought for my post-operative recovery/exercise plan. This strap is very durable/not at all stretchy , and there’s no way that I could transfer myself from bed to standing, and standing back to bed, without this strap. It allows you to have full control of the movement of my leg, thus saving you a lot of pain and heartache. My family had to sleep downstairs with me, as I couldn’t get in or out of bed without their assistance , until my strap arrived. I’m not sure of what the loops are used for, but it still works for me. My physical therapist reccomended that I purchase this prior to my TKR. You can always use a sheet, or a pillowcase, in place of this yoga strap, but this is very easy to use, always ready.
