Highly recommend!
I tore my rotator cuffs and go to Physical Therapy. This strap is similar to one they use. It’s well made, strong, has several loops to hold on to which is perfect for one of my exercises at home. The price is reasonable too. I highly recommend.

These are just like what I used in PT.
These are great for stretching exercises. The various different hand holds improve functionality making it more efficient and easier to use. It appears very durable and should last a lifetime.

Just got it and it works as advertised. Kinda wish the feel was better. It’s pretty rough buuut it is under $5 bucks so should I be complaining. Probably not. I will say the stitching is nice. Hope it lasts!
