This seems very well made and has stood up to use for a few weeks. The price was great. The “booklet” that it comes with to show you stretches is next to useless, but I didn’t buy it for that.

Great purchase
I have been having issues with my arm. My chiropractor recommended I do specific stretches for the area to help resolve the issues. I purchased this strap as it was similar to one she used in her office to show me the exercises I needed to do. The durability of the strap is awesome. It is a soft material so it does not hurt the skin when using it. The price is great. Lastly, I love that it has the different strap holds to work at different angles/areas.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested. I have been wanting to start practicing yoga for a while now and this situation has definitely shown me the importance of healthy movement and using the right equipment.

good quality; like the loops
This is a great stretching strap. The loops are super helpful for holding long stretches. I ended up buying 3 of these straps – 1 for me and 1 for each of my workout buddies. I’m very happy with the quality, the fact that the strap does not stretch, and the ease of holding the strap during stretches. Definitely would buy again if the need arises.

Using for knee replacement rehab
Using it to rehab from knee replacement. Allows me to work on knee flexion. Very affordable and works really well for that purpose

Best for leg slides
I find this strap the best.I have been doing daily leg slides for a year since knee replacement.The first strap I used was a 2 inch neoprene, that I made from scraps I had laying around, it worked ok until I tried a new method of x-ing the strap above my ankle so that it did not slip off my heel. The stiff 2 inch strap caused chafing because of the crossover configuration.My next strap was a 1 inch nylon from Amazon, this also caused a little chafing at the crossover point. It worked fine if I used as designed and put my foot in one the loops, but not crossing the extended parts.This newest strap is perfect, I do not have to bother trying to get my size 13 foot into a loop, just drape it over foot then crossover the 2 extended parts of the strap. This strap is incredibly soft an pliable, because of the mixture of fibers. I also use a $100 bamboo massage table from China that is wearing fine.
