Blazing Fast Speed Jump Rope
A quality jump rope is one of the most important pieces of equipment for fitness training. WOD Nation has combined ballistic nylon resin handles with patented silky smooth liquid steel bearings and topped it off with a kink resistant nylon covered steel cable.
Use On a Smooth Surface for LONG LIFE
When used smooth surface, this speed rope will last for years to come. WOD Nation even includes and extra replacement cable just in case the original ever wears out.
In order to ensure a long life we recommend that it does NOT get used on an abrasive surface like concrete or asphalt.
The Perfect System
Patented Lightening Fast Bearings: WOD Nation speed ropes use a patented 4 bearing system. Two bearings in handle and two on the tips to hold the coated steel cable.
Handles: Articulating swivel bearing. 6.75″ long with a tapered end for sure grip. 4 high-grade metal ball bearings in nylon resin handles.
Cable: 2.5mm coated cable that can be easily adjusted with a cable cutter. Comes at 10 foot length. Spare cable INCLUDED!
Convenient Carrying Bag: Comes with a nylon carrying bag so you don’t have to worry about it getting tangled up in your gym bag or locker.
How Size Your WOD Nation Speed Rope
Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot and bring the handles up to your arm pit. This is a good starting length.
Cut the cable with a wire cutter. You may need test and recut if you want it to be shorter.
Tighten the thumbscrews and test. After you find the perfect length, tighten the screw down with a screwdriver so it doesn’t loosen while jumping.

Great jump rope for everyone
Been using this rope for about 2 years now and its still holding up pretty well, if you can try jot to use it on concrete much as it will damage the rope over a long period of time. Strong and well made. Would definitely get another.

A great first speed rope
This was my first speed rope I ever bought and it was a great purchase! It lasted me for YEARS, and the added bonus that it came with a replacement wire made it last even longer! You do have to occasionally check the locking mechanism as sometimes it would come a bit loose. A few times the wire and handle came apart while I was using it, but thankfully I was indoors so I was able to relocate the screws, but it could have potentially been very dangerous as the wire rope went flying. The rope is very lightweight, and was a good rope to learn double unders with, although I would recommend a different rope if that’s what you’re exclusively looking to accomplish. Overall, good value for the money.

Great rope at a fantastic price.
I am a long time Crossfitter, but have always struggled with double unders.Prior to buying this rope, I was using an RPM jump rope – nothing wrong with it, but it was too fast and light for me and I was never able to adjust to its speed. I have also tried Buddy Lee jump ropes in the past, with some degree of success, but both ropes I purchased had quality issues. After a short period of usage, the screw-on nut that connects the handle to the rope became loose, and was impossible to keep tightened.After reading all of the positive reviews of this WOD Nation rope, I decided to take a chance and give it a try. In my first WOD with this rope, I was able to string together 15-20 double unders several times. That was without practicing! I feel confident that with practice, I will finally be able to master double unders with this jump rope.The rope spins very well, and is slightly heavier than the RPM rope, which allows me to better sense the rope’s position and time my jumping correctly. Faster is not necessarily better – if a rope is too fast for your ability level, it is just as frustrating as a rope that is too slow. This rope is perfect.Adjusting the rope to the perfect length was very simple – took me just a few minutes. I followed the instructions I received and used a wire cutter.Highly recommended.

Best skipping rope I’ve ever used
I was a little skeptical about getting this jump rope at first and I thought the handles and adjustments would be a bit tricky but not only was adjusting the length very simple, it feels amazing to skip with. Super light, and great for speed/cardio skipping. The only negative is that the handles feel a little too light as they are plastic and hallow, so using a little strip of leather, I squeezed in a metal bolt in to each handle and hammered them in tight, and now the handles feel great with a little added weight to them. But even the light handles aren’t enough to deduct a point, as for $17, this rope is a bargain

Pros:- Lightweight, fast rope that will get you the double-unders you desire- Instructional videos make setting up your rope to your measurements easy and included helpful how-to exercise videos- Price, which includes extra hardware and a second rope- Colour options, bought green because I thought it would decrease the chance of it being stolen (still hasn’t been stolen)Cons:- The cable is good quality and therefore will leave bruises on shins and triceps when you’re first learning to do double-unders- Plastic handles are cheaper than other models I’ve tried but haven’t broken after over 5 months of use- Small silicone pieces meant to keep the handles near the ends of the rope tend to slide toward the middle of the rope which can cause the rope to shorten while in useOverall:I went from never having done a double-under to cranking out 30 in one month with this rope. Highly recommend this product based on the quality, helpful videos, and extra hardware they provide. Thank you WOD Nation.
