Great yoga mat, comfortable, wide, and non slip
This yoga mat is great quality. I really like the thickness because it provides excellent cushioning for knees and back, even during more intense workouts. It’s extra wide, which gives plenty of space to move comfortably without feeling restricted. The tpe material feels durable and offers great grip, staying in place on the floor and preventing slipping. The alignment lines are very helpful for maintaining proper posture. The carrying strap is a nice bonus. Overall, a very comfortable and well made mat that I highly recommend

Cushion is great but too slippery for downward dog
Really like the yoga mat – the large size is great and the thick cushion is wonderful – no pain in my knees or elbows even after a long time in a particular pose. Although there’s a lot of cushion, it’s not squishy – nice and dense without it being heavy (I love that it’s so lightweight – super easy to carry around). The biggest issue is that there’s no grip – when I do downward dog, I can feel my hands starting to slide forward. So may not work the best for yoga if you’re looking for grip, but if you want nice cushion and larger size, it’s fantastic. I use this mat for mat pilates and it’s working out nicely.

Great yoga mat! It’s extra wide and long, giving plenty of space to move comfortably. The non-slip surface provides excellent grip, even during sweaty workouts, and the cushioning is perfect for knees and wrists. 以前使っていたのは筋膜ローラで劣化が激しく、こちらを購入しました。寝る前に使用してますが、手をついた後が白くなりましたすでにローラーによる傷も1箇所あります厚さはちょうどいいとおもいますヨガをされる方には滑りにくいのが良いのかもしれませんが、ローラーを使う私としては、少し使いづらいかなと思いました幅が広い点はとても良かったです

大きくて使いやすく、印があるので自分のスタンスの目安がつけやすいです。膝立や四つ這いのポーズもマットに厚みがあり痛くないです。ただ、付属のケースは出し入れしにくいです。私の場合はケースは元々あくまで付属品で期待していなかったので評価対象外として星満点にしました。

かれこれ３か月ほど、ヨメが毎日使っていますが、まったく品質に問題なし。色はエメラルドグリーンで汚れたら黒ずんだりするのかと思いましたがそうでもなく、表面には少し模様がついており、ポジションを作るのに目安になり便利です。◆なぜヨメが使っているのか私はチョコザップに通っていましたが、マシンが壊れてたり人が並んでいることが多いです。たいていマットエリアはすいているのですが、カッコイイポーズができるように練習するため買ってみました。しかし、月会費を払えば瘦せるかもという私の甘さを正すかのようにある日帰ったら、ヨメがマットを使い始めたではありませんか。そのうち仕事が忙しくチョコザップにもいけない日々が続き、帰宅し、休もうとすると、それ見たことかと、ヨメは激しく運動を開始。私はもう寝たいのに、、、。ならば「マッサージでもしようか？」と甘く誘ってみました。ヨメ「…大丈夫。痛くない。（怒）」私「あ、、そう。（’・ω・`）」今夜も独りで寝るようです。
